While some images may be completed faster, or even slower, the general wait-time for a completed commission is 2 weeks from time of confirmation. If I believe it will take longer, this will be communicated to you ASAP.
Please communicate with me as early and clearly as possible if your piece is needed on a deadline. If the timeframe is too short, you may either be declined or incur extra charges.
Payment will always be collected upfront at time of order confirmation. You must pay in full before work will begin, and payment will be conducted via PayPal invoice. You may request a cancellation at any time before the final image is produced— however, depending on how far along the commission is, you may not be entitled to a full refund.
I reserve full rights to refuse or cancel any commission I am uncomfortable with, or otherwise unable to complete, at any point in time. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund, regardless of how far along the piece is.
Edits may be requested at any time up until completion. However, depending on severity of the edit, and how far along the piece already is, requests may be denied. Additionally, requesting an excessive amount of large changes late into the commission may incur extra charges.
Please bring up issues the moment you notice them to avoid this, and remember that I may decline if I do not feel it is feasible— the best time to ask for changes is during the sketch stage!
You must ask before using your piece in any unorthodox way (prints, resales, edits, etc.). You must provide full credit, including a link to one of my profiles, when reposting; however, I may have an account on your site of choice already, so please consider asking before reposting!
Under absolutely no circumstances may my art be used for NFT’s, or anything otherwise related to cryptocurrency. If it is discovered you have attempted to commission a piece for these purposes, your order will immediately be cancelled, and you will be added to my blacklist.
By commissioning me, you verify that you have fully read and understand all of the above terms. You cannot hold me accountable for misunderstandings regarding this. Please ensure you have read these thoroughly— failure to do so is not grounds for a refund.
